How I got my Injured Lower Back FIXED (My Experience)

I injured my Lower Back during the beginning of my Lean Bulk phase, I had to stop squatting and deadlifting because of the crazy pain I was feeling, it was pretty devastating.
However, I want to thank my good friend, Dr Daniel Tan, a Gonstead Chiropractor whom I trust his work with, within 2 months, while visiting once a week, he definitely transformed this injury into a healthy back again.
